Withdrawals at 963bet are processed exclusively via Pix to the Pix key registered under the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods other than the one used for the deposit are not available, except in specific cases evaluated by the platform's finance team.
The average processing time for Pix withdrawals at 963bet is approximately 3 minutes, available 24 hours a day. Withdrawals made after KYC verification approval are typically processed with priority. The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 is valid exclusively for each account's first deposit. It cannot be combined with other welcome bonuses and is subject to a rollover requirement before it can be converted to real balance. A bet is considered valid only after it has been confirmed by the system and displays the status "Accepted" in the user's bet history. Bets accepted before an event starts remain valid even if the user closes the app or browser after confirmation.
Live bets are accepted while the market remains open. During live events, odds may be temporarily suspended in situations such as goals, red cards, penalties, or game stoppages. Bets placed during an odds suspension caused by a technical system failure may be voided at 963bet's discretion.
Bets may be cancelled or voided in the following situations: obvious odds error (odds significantly outside market standards due to a system failure), event not held or cancelled without rescheduling within 48 hours, or a result that remains definitively inconclusive. In the event of a void, the staked amount is returned in full to the user's balance.
963bet applies maximum bet limits per market and per event, which may vary depending on the sport, market liquidity, and the user's betting history. Specific limits are displayed at the time of bet confirmation.
The 963bet casino includes live European roulette, Lightning Roulette, Speed Roulette, American roulette, live baccarat, live blackjack, crash games and digital slots. Each category follows specific game rules displayed within the game interface itself, which complement the general terms described here.
Digital games — digital roulette, slots and crash games — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent auditing firm. Each result is independent of previous ones and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 963bet itself. Live table results are determined by physical equipment (wheel and ball for roulette; deck of cards for baccarat and blackjack) transmitted via live video.
In the event of a technical failure during a round — including connection loss, live video freeze or system error — 963bet will assess the state of the round at the time of the failure and may, at its discretion: complete the round using the result recorded by the server, cancel the round and refund the amount wagered, or reopen the round when technically feasible. Bets in progress at the time of a general system failure do not automatically entitle the user to winnings.
In crash games, the multiplier grows from 1.00x and can stop at any moment. The user must cash out before the game ends to receive the multiplier accumulated up to that point. If the game ends before the user cashes out, the bet is lost. The crash point of each round is determined by a certified algorithm and is independent of the number of players or the total amount wagered in that round.
